On October 19, 2021, Qingdao Haitech Technology Corp., Ltd. was invited to attend the Alibaba  Cloud Conference, during which Qingdao Haitech Technology Corp., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Haitech") signed a global strategic cooperation framework agreement with Alibaba  Cloud Computing Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ali Cloud") in Hangzhou. The two sides will strengthen the complementary advantages and resource integration, deepen strategic cooperation, build a win-win partnership, and realize the strong combination and development linkage.

Haitech party said that the company is currently focusing on Africa, Latin America and other countries along the Belt and Road, focusing on the education industry, with intelligent hardware products and solutions such as intelligent flat panels, photovoltaic electronic classrooms, and has a deep customer base and rich successful project experience in many overseas places. Ali Cloud International focuses on the construction of teaching platforms and the mining and use of teaching data resources in education digitization, and participates in the construction of several domestic "smart education" project platforms. The two sides plan to cooperate to form a joint solution for education, and promote the successful experience of domestic education industry to overseas, the first pilot countries include Ghana, South Africa, Zimbabwe, etc.
